2D animation objects are created by traditional drawing method. Each move of the character has to be created frame by frame with hand-drawing, also called as a cell-animation method. However, today’s 2D animators make use of software in developing action sequences. But creating the first action scene has to be created and the tool will generate the rest of the motion sequences automatically. | In 3D animation, everything is going to be done in available computer software. ZICA has programs from 2D animation, 3D animation, Visual Effects, Graphic design, Web design & development, Interior design, etc. The duration of the program varies from 1.5 months to 3 years.
Three or Two-year programs are career-oriented and comprehensive programs for 10th or 12th-pass students. One-year programs are very focused industry standard programs for students who are studying or completed Graduation or Post-Graduation.
Yes. We hire faculties with a minimum of 2 years of production and 2 years of training experience.

The internship opportunity is optional and provided from time to time. Internships are with a basic stipend. Most of the students do not opt for an internship as production studios hire them on a full-time basis after the course is completed.

Actually, there are some guys with 5 years of experience who are getting up to 70 thousand per month.

Yes. ZICA center arranges Demo classes for a minimum of 5 inquiries at a time.
All 2-year programs are called Career courses. The program is developed to make the student industry ready. Placement assistance is provided at the end of the program. Minimum of 3 interviews will be arranged by ZICA centre and HO.
You will get extra practice time after/before your class time based on the availability of the practice system with the permission from Center Head or manager.
The student has to fill out the placement requisition form in the student portal Three months before the course end date. Placement cell grooms you to improve the quality of your portfolio and interpersonal skills. The placement cell will arrange three interviews with different production studios once the course is completed. According to the requirement of the placement, the student may have to relocate. The job is assured to the deserving students not guaranteed. Placement is always student capability dependent. A student can earn 8 – 30 thousand in their first job which can increase up to 70K in 5 years.
The scholarship is offered during December and January months based on the scholarship examination which includes your creative, analytical, and general knowledge skills.

We do not have a policy of course downgrade. If a student feels he/she may not continue after 12 months then we suggest them to only enrol for 12 months program then they can upgrade. ZICA does not provide a course completion certificate in 12 months if the student has enrolled for 24 months program.
a. Is the certificate globally accepted by any international bodies or universities?
The certificate is globally accepted as ZICA is a renowned brand teaching vocational education in Animation and Visual Effects from the last 23 years. ZICA is not associated with any University.
b. Does the certificate hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma?
ZICA is vocational education provider, it does not have any tie-up with any University to provide Diploma or Degree.
c. Is the certificate affiliated?
ZICA is affiliated with MESC (Media Entertainment Skills Council) for three different 1-year programs. MESC is a Not-for-Profit Organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The Council has been promoted by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) with the financial support from National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Student can apply for the MESC certificate.

a. Do we provide learning Materials to the students?
ZICA provided student reference material through is an online student portal for all its courses.
b. Do we give Material Kits (Interior Design)
We do not provide student kit for the Interior Design program. The student has to purchase basic required stationaries as and when necessary.
c. Do we conduct aptitude or Entrance Examination for admission?
Faculty and counsellor evaluate the enquiry / prospective student before admission to recommend a suitable course during admission.
